Adam did a great job of informing of the local real estate situation and determining comparable values and suggesting a price. He and his team kept me well informed anytime someone looked at the property. Since the property was already vacant, he held a number of open houses. He also has a good relationship with a handyman who was able to handle some minor repairs/cosmetic improvements for better presentation. In the current market, it seems buyers are demanding a number of concessions so even though a sale might suggest a selling price close to list, it's actually lower due to the cost of the concessions.
